Dr. Moody believes that therapy is, at its heart, a collaborative journey toward healing and self-discovery. Recognizing that the first step toward change is feeling truly seen, he provides a supportive, telehealth-based space where adults can navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of trauma. In addition to his particular focus on supporting men through these challenges, he provides a welcoming environment for adults of all backgrounds to find support.
His approach is deeply personal yet grounded in clinical rigor. By integrating psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral traditions, Dr. Moody helps his clients look beneath the surface of their daily struggles to understand their internal worlds. His goal is to help you cultivate the self-awareness and internal resources needed to break old patterns, allowing for a more satisfied and connected life.
While Dr. Moody brings a personal Christian faith perspective to his own life, he is deeply committed to maintaining a practice that honors and respects the diverse belief systems of every individual he serves. A lifelong learner in the field of human behavior, he earned his Master’s from Oklahoma Baptist University and his Doctorate (Psy.D.) from George Fox University.
